Last night at crossfit we did 20 burpees to warm up, then our strength was 5 x 7 backsquats as much as you can. I got 175 for 7 on my last round. Then our WOD was 21-15-9 squat cleans and chest to bar. I used 75 lbs and used a small blue band so I can do chest to bar. 10:38. This morning for breakfast so far I had two oranges and an apple and a white sweet potato. Comment on my post and leave your journal entries with me.
