Yesterday for lunch I snacked over a few hours; I had a Lara bar, almond butter and a banana, a shakeology shake with strawberry flavor, coconut, blueberries, water.
Then I went and worked out

10 inch worm push ups

Then for after workout I had a chocolate shakeo and water mixed.
For dinner I went to a Mexican restaurant and got a southwest chicken salad.
And an Americano for work.
This morning for breakfast I had a banana, grapefruit, leftover sweet potato burger with two eggs and spinach.
I am a dedicated individual when it comes to health and fitness. I love the outdoors and being active.
