Today for breakfast I had fruit: orange and grapefruit. Then shakeology with banana, almond butter, cinnamon, spinach, strawberry shakeo. For lunch I splurged and got a chicken pasta dish at work 😳. But I'm almost on my way to gym and back to better eating! One unhealthy meal won't make me fat, don't let it make you have a bad week. Just one meal then back to normal 👌 have a good week everyone!
