Breakfast I had granola with frozen berries, almonds, coconut milk and an apple. Brought a shakeology smoothie with almonds, blueberries, spinach, coconut milk to work to sip on. Lunch was chicken, spinach, broccoli, almonds, and avocado with balsamic and olive oil. And so excited for my crock pot dinner tonight! Short ribs with veggies! We'll see how it turns out!
