Come home to a crock pot dinner last night. Ate a little bit of my coconut milk chocolate ice cream. This morning I had a shakeo smoothie with chocolate shakeology, blue berries, coconut milk, frozen mango. Snacks I had an apple, pear, Lara bar, some yogurt covered pretzels. Had left over crock pot for lunch.
