Last night for dinner I had shakeology shake. I wasn't too hungry. For breakfast today I had eggs and bacon. Along with an apple and some granola and blueberries. For lunch I had chicken, spinach, avocado, zucchini. Just got done with my workout which I feel like I didn't do much we worked on strict pull-ups and running I had to modify everything today cause my stupid back. And I just ate a bowl of granola, blueberries and coconut milk along with a Lara bar and gonna have a piece of sausage and broccoli with some red sauce. A randomized meal.
I am a dedicated individual when it comes to health and fitness. I love the outdoors and being active.
