Well I know it's already Wednesday but let's see if I can remember what I ate. Well for dinner Monday night I had tilapia and white sweet potato. As long with kale chips with bacon. 1-28 breakfast I had eggs, spinach and bacon. And an apple. For lunch me and my roommate went to tbar. Delicious place for tea and clean wraps. I went to the gym yesterday to try to workout. I didn't get too much.
I warmed up then did some ring dips with a band.

For dinner I had a chocolate shakeology with papaya almond butter cinnamon and water.
