Yesterday after the workout I went grocery shopping at trader joes. I bought a salad and protein shake to eat right away.
I went on a hike after I put groceries away and had a chocolate chip cookie dough quest bar after.
For dinner I made breaded chicken pieces (made with almond flour and an egg as batter) veggies: kale, broccoli, onions. Some brown rice, quinoa pasta with tomato basil sauce.
After dinner I had a homemade Popsicle with blended banana, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes and almond milk.
For breakfast today I had bacon, pecans, eggs and spinach, dried mangos. For lunch I had coconut cashew quest bar, Greenberry shakeology(strawberries, almond milk) apple and mandarin.
I am a dedicated individual when it comes to health and fitness. I love the outdoors and being active.
