So today for breakfast I had two eggs and spinach, Lara bar, apple, banana. Got to work and snacked on some food like beef and marsala sauce and a breadstick (oops) and had a lemon cream quest bar and a shakeology. All throughout work today. Now about to go to the gym to work it all off. Yayy.
