Yesterday's dinner I had grilled chicken and homemade guac with just avocado, garlic and lime juice. Little bit of brown rice/quinoa pasta, sweet potato and broccoli and spinach. Had some chocolate flavored coconut milk ice cream for dessert. (Just a tiny I shared). Got leftovers for lunch today. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, apple, banana. Had a strawberry cheesecake questbar as a snack. About to have shakeology with almond milk, blueberries and ice as my next snack. Good eats 😚👌
