So I can't remember all the foods I've had but just a quick recap of the past few days.

Finished all the rounds. The prescribed for this workout was 95 for snatch but I put 85 on and did one not engaged my core and it was bad I compressed my spine I feel like and almost didn't even workout so I dropped a lot of weight. I need a chiropractor appointment.
That night for dinner I made sweet potatoes with cinnamon in the oven and pan seared chicken with garlic and limes. And sautéed onions and spinach.
Breakfast was eggs and spinach with an apple and an orange.
Got to work and had some Tuscan potatoes (oops)
For lunch was leftover sweet potato and chicken and onions from the night before and a shakeology with ice. Orange and apple and a breakstick. Another oops. But then off to the gym.
Well tried my first rope climb ever. Because we never get to do them so I asked my boyfriend to teach me. It wasn't as hard as I thought. Found a rope for DU and messed around a few minutes

I'm going to do it again tomorrow to try to get a better score because I feel I can do better just been not very good lately. Frustrating.
But I got in and out last night for my cheat meal then some frozen yogurt.
Breakfast was eggs, sweet potatoes, spinach, coffee and protein chocolate shake.
Lunch was a shakeology smoothie with avocado, banana and almond milk.
I am a dedicated individual when it comes to health and fitness. I love the outdoors and being active.
