Last night for dinner was burgers and brew. A local beer/ burger place. Got a couple beers. A yummy salad and sweet potato fries.
I guess you could consider last night an active rest day. I had to go to work. Haven't danced in forever. (I'm a gogo dancer at a local bar/club) so I got a decent workout in with two hours of dancing all out. Haha not to mention I basically have thrown out my neck. It hurts so bad. Chiropractor this week for sure. Sucks I probably won't be doing 14.1 again. I'm not too upset I tried my hardest with the shape my neck/back is in and I'm new to crossfit so I'm proud of myself. Just here to have fun not hurt myself or compare myself to others. I just wanna get better.
Breakfast this morning was eggs, sweet potatoes and spinach. And a tangerine. For lunch I had chicken, broccoli, and butternut squash.
Snack I had a quest bar.
Dinner I made Asian lettuce wraps and asparagus. Taco shells for the bf (gotta get his carbs for him, no carbs for me. Gotta get lean). Let me tell you, bomb 👌.
And some froyo I had in the freezer. Mmm.
I am a dedicated individual when it comes to health and fitness. I love the outdoors and being active.
