Lunch yesterday I had asparagus and chicken meatballs. I was running late to make lunch. And had a breadstick, or two. Oops.
Yesterday's workout was

Dinner was some coconut crusted tilapia from Safeway. Mashed sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts with bacon.
Some coconut milk ice cream flavor strawberry.
Breakfast is blueberries and an apple pear. Almond milk and Greenberry shakeology.
