Went to the wrec and did a workout with my friend.
We did 400 m run.
Then 8 straight away sprints and it's a small track so I think it's 50 meters. Then we did a little shoulder workouts with weights.
And 3 x 15 ball raises for abs, 25 flutter kick, 25 scissor kicks. 1 min plank. 10 plank ups and downs(from forearms to hands).
3 min two touch sit ups: 70
One lap cool down.
