Breakfast was two eggs, shakeo and almond milk.
Snack I had cantaloupe and a tangerine. Some strawberries.
Lunch: chicken, butternut squash, broccoli and bell pepper leftovers. Tomatoes, olives, peppercinis.

Ran 800 m
10 behind the head push press, 10 barbell squats. 3 min airdyne. 3 min rower. Pass throughs and rolled out.
14.2 3 min to complete 10 overhead squats 10 chest to bar pull ups. Twice. I got 11 reps. So frustrated. I'm better than that but it is what it is. Always room for practice. After that I just made it into a workout and did 12 overhead squats #65, 12 pull ups, 14 overhead squats, 14 pull ups, 16 overhead squats, 16 pull ups.
Dinner I made a paleo pizza and drank a bottle of wine (out of frustration and anger) pizza crust made with cauliflower and Motz cheese and two eggs and some rosemary. Put marinara, Motz cheese, olives, bacon, pepperoni, bell peppers, tomatoes on top. Yummy.
