Well I haven't worked out since Friday but a breakdown of my eats as they consist of eggs, bacon, sweet potatoes, asparagus, broccoli, bell peppers, banana, apple. It was a practically paleo weekend. Except last night we went to The Pour House and had a pomegranate marg, chicken curry with some grain rice, fried artichoke hearts. So good. Then froyo after. My cheat 😳. Oh and a Girl Scout came to my house. I was obligated to get some Samoas 😁. Work tonight til 1:30 so I'm hoping I'll have a little in me in the morning to get in a redo for 14.2 if I can get lucky. Tomorrow is gonna be a long day. Probably no afternoon workout, instead it will be a nap after work.
