Well back to blogging. I need to catch up and stay with it.
Banana before my run
30 min jog with the pup.
On Friday night I did my 14.3. Considering I haven't done deadlifts in months I guess it was okay. And I'm just upset that I'm not as good as I want to be. I got a score of 106.
I went to work not from my house so I stopped at the gas station and got a protein shake, some peanuts, a Kind bar, and some bananas. I snacked on that for breakfast and snacks. Had some sweet potatoes and onions from the oven with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. My manager brought little tacos so I had a couple..... not worth it guys, bad decision. I then had a cup of black coffee to wake myself up.
Work out yesterday:

Quest bar and half scoop shakeo with almond milk as post wod. Two slices of bacon.
Brought for snacks and lunch throughout school today: banana, orange, 1/2 scoop shakeo and almond milk, leftovers from dinner last night (turkey patties, eggplant, brussel sprouts, sweet potato fries). Oh and had two mini 3 musketeers because they were treats in my stats class.

For lunch I had a piece of chicken and asparagus.
Had some raspberries and a couple strawberries for snack. Now going to get in and out protein style.
