I am starting a new thing for myself and for people who have asked me questions about health. I am going to set a guideline nutrition meal plan. I am taking what I have learned through my health and fitness and putting it together to help those who want it. It is a guideline so its a little less strict, but it still is a strict diet. This is going to be something that is paleo and that will follow the zone diet. It is very complicated and this is for the committed. This is a work in progress but its something that I am passionate about and I have been on and off paleo forEVER and have slightly tried to do the Zone diet and succeeded and have failed. All of this is from trial and error. I cannot make this perfect but I will try. If you have any questions or comments, ASK!! I need support and faith. This WILL work.
Not everything I buy is local and organic but I try to buy most all my stuff in that section. Yes it is a little bit more expensive, but the way I think of it is the more I spend on my body now, the less I'll have to spend on it later. Who knows if I am going to be right or wrong but I try to stick to the best, cheapest options. Don't get me wrong I go to the grocery store and buy non organic products too, that still is far better then going to buy fast "cheap" food. Buying products from the grocery store and meal prepping will save you a lot of money. I rarely eat out and instead of eating out, I buy better quality products at grocery stores and think, this would still be a lot cheaper then going out to eat. Not only is it better for you, and cheaper, but it TASTES so much more fresh, more rich in nutrients, and gives you a more satisfied taste.
I am a dedicated individual when it comes to health and fitness. I love the outdoors and being active.
