Well it all started when I had a bite...of chocolate. Chocolate is my specialty craving of choice. Today, I had a kit Kat bar and was just craving more. Even though I made my healthy lunch salad with chicken and watermelon. I was craving more chocolate so I went and ate the WHOLE mini watermelon. I feel like I should not have eaten the chocolate but hell I haven't had it in forever. Ill just do better tomorrow. At least I'm not missing a day at the gym because of it.. It's tempting to be lazy but I know there are many things that I need to do. I like to use the phrase, "I'll sleep when I die" even though I know sleep is very important to everyday lifestyle. But I can't give up now. I don't want to fail and I'm not going to! I just need some support and motivation which will only come with time. And it is great having the people I do in my life! It's a roller coaster ride that's for sure and I'm riding it👌🎢 come join the ride!
Well this might look gross but it's so good. I call it a sea food slaw. It's lightly smoked sardines in olive oil, sweet potato, onion, zucchini, lemon slices and a piece of fresh salmon my friends boyfriend caught :) it's so yum.
On another note its like life is tearing me so many different ways; emotionally exhausted, mentally drain, physically proud, stressed like crazy. Next week will be a hard one. But one day it will be perfect, strive for nirvana. Besides being mentally exhausted, my workouts have been improving significantly! So excited. Finally Rx'ed a wod, working on doing it more often ;) Im so happy for all the people in my life and the motivation everyone has given me. I hope I am giving back the same motivation and not bugging you too much. Well keep it up everyone! Halloween is right around the corner, gotta look good in our outfits!!! I hope you like my progressing food blog! It's almost the end of my whole30 but I've been doing so good I kind of lost count! It has turned into a lifestyle for me now and I'm happier and FEEL GREAT. My lunch today was a salad consisting of: spinach, carrots, tomato, Avocado and chicken with no dressing today. It was amazing! Accompanied by my homemade soup I made last week. That has chicken broth, water carrots, celery, sweet potato, onion cooked then blended up. With a nice little glass of almond milk.
