For dinner I had hunter and the farmer (local paleo food truck). Chicken mole and a caveman donut.
Breakfast: 2 eggs and spinach, apple
Snacks: Lara bar, tangerine, white chocolate rasp quest bar, shakeology.
Hopefully I have a better day at the gym today but my neck and back don't feel up to par I'm in a little pain so we'll see. Taking it easy today.
