Banning Pasta

Well today since I had a pasta chicken dish I felt like shit ever since I ate it. I then went to the gym after work. The workout was:

400 m run

3x 10 jumping lunges

10 leg swings

5 inch worm push ups

Strength: back squats 5-5-5-5-5 build up to heavy weight. Ended at #175

Wod: 12 minute amrap

800 m run

3-6-9-12....

Squat clean #105

Burpee box jump #24

43 reps

Post wod skill:

Muscle ups with bands

Dips

Handstand push-ups/ handstands

Even though I RXed the workout it felt as if I could have done so much better. Really proves to you how much food impacts your lifts. Eat clean, train mean😌. Eat bad, train bad😔. Time to regain and fuel myself with better foods from now on💪👏👏👏
