We all fall into a rut. I know I sure as hell do. And too much. But it's my baseline that gets me back to where I want to be. Healthy and fit. I fell into this rut when I hurt my knees, I couldn't do crossfit. I didn't think I could do anything. But now I workout at a regular gym. Do isolated workouts and conditioning without having to squat. And I'm getting back to somewhere I want to be. I just want to be healthy. I am so happy that I can do this now and I am excited to do this now. I look forward to what has come for me. I'm back coaching for health and wellness and I started drinking shakeology again. I stopped and looked back to almost a year ago and I was as healthy and fit as I can be on shakeology. And it tastes good which is a huge plus. I can't wait to commit and keep going. It doesn't matter what you do, it ot matters if your consistent.
