Well it all started when I had a bite...of chocolate. Chocolate is my specialty craving of choice. Today, I had a kit Kat bar and was just craving more. Even though I made my healthy lunch salad with chicken and watermelon. I was craving more chocolate so I went and ate the WHOLE mini watermelon. I feel like I should not have eaten the chocolate but hell I haven't had it in forever. Ill just do better tomorrow. At least I'm not missing a day at the gym because of it.. It's tempting to be lazy but I know there are many things that I need to do. I like to use the phrase, "I'll sleep when I die" even though I know sleep is very important to everyday lifestyle. But I can't give up now. I don't want to fail and I'm not going to! I just need some support and motivation which will only come with time. And it is great having the people I do in my life! It's a roller coaster ride that's for sure and I'm riding it👌🎢 come join the ride!
