A couple days ago I ate a salad. It was a great salad. It made me realize that I take food for granted and I lost a connection with my food. I gained a connection with my food the other day when I had an amazing salad. Most of us don't eat to live we LIVE to EAT. It's almost disgusting how bad it has gotten. Our lifestyles and connections with food nearly doesn't exist anymore to some people. We are not being mindful when we eat a meal. Most the time people just want to scarf down their food and go on with their life. I think it is very important to sit down for every meal, or at least be aware of what is going on when your eating your meals. To think about your food as you are digesting it. It's good for your health and good for your soul and body. I think it is important to have a connection with your food and to slow down and think about it. Otherwise we are prone to overeating and to eating highly toxic foods. Know where your food comes from and listen to your body people. It's easier than you think.
