Today was the first day of school! Trying not to kill my stomach. Dinner last night some brown rice, avocado, ground chicken, carrots and sautéed onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and spinach. For breakfast had strawberry shakeology and water. Snacks at school was an apple, grapefruit and orange. Late lunch of chicken, spinach, broccoli, avocado. And it's almost gym time!
