This is my lunch from today and I put it all together to make a salad. And had banana and grapes with raw agave nectar. This was right after my workout today. I am very proud to say I PRed today but stopped at #225 on my deadlift. I might have been able to go up one more time but stopped to be able to do the workout. It's nice to be getting stronger and better. I really think it's because it my new lifestyle. I've been paleo for almost a month now and I don't drink. This is a huge impact in my life.
