I know I haven't posted in a while but hopefully I'm back. I was so excited to get a new PR. We don't do these lifts too often to PR level and I had a oly seminar tonight at crossfit and we worked on squat snatches and squat clean and jerks. I probably could have done a little more weight on the squat snatch; I didn't go to failure but my clean and jerk went to failure.
Squat snatch: #120
Clean and jerk: #155
Then jumped over to the class.
3x 3 push press #90
2x 2 push jerk #120
(Lifted not as much as I could being that I was a little more tired from oly lifting so I took it easy worked on form)
WOD: 5 rounds
10 hand stand push ups
30 double unders
10 toes to bar
Now off to do my beachbody 21 day fix Lower fix workout!
My eating has been following the 21 day fix with clean foods and shakeology. I'll start logging my foods again tomorrow.
