Then I did some front squats 5-5-3-3-3 build up to heavy (without my back hurting) #145

I did two rounds with a 2 min break in between the second round I did significantly better I was getting the feel for it better.
Today for breakfast I had strawberry shakeo and water. Snacks of an apple, orange, got some hot tea, a protein bar and gonna have a Chinese chicken salad for lunch.
