I had shakeology chocolate with strawberries, mango, coconut flakes and almond milk for lunch as a smoothie. Snacked on accessible things at work; grapes, orange slices, strawberries.
Just got done working out. Felt awesome today which is a huge plus I felt so lethargic yesterday.
