I have a personal journal that I write in almost everyday, if not everyday I catch up on it every other day. A journal is a great thing to keep as you go about your everyday. I like to see where I have come from. I have started actually being really healthy about two years ago. I don't know how I came about it but I did, then about a year ago I started documenting it on instagram. It is really a cool thing to look back at the beginning posts on there because I have seen where I have come from. This is where I want to stress that I think everyone should document their foods every day and their fitness every day, no matter how big or small it shall be. I am going to start putting my journal writes here on my blog every day and every other day. And what I want to stress if you want to follow along, I want you to post your foods and fitness, even if its a walk after dinner in the comment area, post comments and start your journal with my journal I really think it would be beneficial for you to look back months from now where you started from.
