I hope you like my progressing food blog! It's almost the end of my whole30 but I've been doing so good I kind of lost count! It has turned into a lifestyle for me now and I'm happier and FEEL GREAT. My lunch today was a salad consisting of: spinach, carrots, tomato, Avocado and chicken with no dressing today. It was amazing! Accompanied by my homemade soup I made last week. That has chicken broth, water carrots, celery, sweet potato, onion cooked then blended up. With a nice little glass of almond milk.
