I feel like I'm getting sick today but that's no reason to slack on eating right.
I've had cantaloupe. shakeology with strawberries, peanut butter, cold coffee, chocolate shakeology. Seaweed snack. Almonds. Trying to drink lots of water with lemon and limes and had a handful of vitamins as well this morning.
I am a dedicated individual when it comes to health and fitness. I love the outdoors and being active.
