1/2 cup frozen mixed berries*
1 tsp coconut sugar
splash of water
1. Pour the berries, splash of water, and coconut sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat
2. Continue to stir the mixture so it doesn't burn
3. Cook for about 5 minutes or until saucy.
4. Let cool and pour over your choice! (banana pancakes is delicious, recipe below)
*You can substitute for any frozen fruit
