1 scoop Strawberry (or Vegan Strawberry) Shakeology
1 frozen banana (or fresh)
6 oz almond milk
4 oz water
1. Blend with ice and enjoy! The more ice, the thicker.
Note: If you use frozen banana, no need to add ice unless you want a thicker smoothie.
